Rigrodsky Law, P.A. is investigating potential claims against the officers and directors of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. ("Sinclair") on behalf of stockholders. A class action complaint has been filed against Sinclair. The complaint alleges that defendants made false and/or misleading statements, and failed to disclose material adverse facts about Sinclair's business, operations, and its proposed merger with Tribune Media Company (the "Merger").
