Tactile Systems Technology, Inc.

Rigrodsky Law, P.A. is investigating potential claims against the officers and directors of Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. ("Tactile") on behalf of stockholders.  A class action lawsuit has been filed against Tactile.  The lawsuit alleges that defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) while Tactile publicly touted a $4+ to $5+ billion market opportunity, the total addressable market for Tactile’s pneumatic compression devices was actually materially smaller; (ii) to induce sales growth and share gains, Tactile and/or its employees were engaged in illicit sales and marketing activities in violation of  federal and state rules and public payer regulations; (iii) these activities increased the risk of a Medicare audit of Tactile's claims and criminal and civil liability; (iv) Tactile's revenues were in part the product of unlawful conduct and were therefore unsustainable; and (v) accordingly, defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading.
