Vincent A. Licata

Vincent A. Licata is a Partner at Rigrodsky Law. Mr. Licata joined Rigrodsky Law after beginning his career at an Am Law 200 firm. His practice focuses on the investigation and prosecution of shareholder derivative actions, shareholder class actions, and securities fraud class actions. Mr. Licata graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. During law school, he served as a Research Assistant, a Teaching Assistant, and as a Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.  Mr. Licata also served as a judicial intern for New York State Supreme Court Judges George J. Silver and Arthur F. Engoran.
